Dominate Tulsa search for accident and personal injury cases.

A modern, co-branded website and content strategy to grow your caseload and elevate your chiropractic brand.

  • Consistently attract more high-value chiropractic and personal injury clients.

  • Own Tulsa search and generative results for accident and injury care.

  • Capture more market share and become the most recognized chiropractic name in Tulsa.

Current Situation & Opportunity

You’ve built a trusted, long-standing chiropractic practice in Tulsa with a strong reputation, repeat patients, and steady flow from PPC, Google Maps, and reviews. Your website is rich with information, long-tail content, and a deep range of services and conditions.

But there’s a gap between the quality of your care and the visibility of your website.

The current domain and design aren’t competitive for high-value search terms, the aesthetics feel dated and inconsistent, and the keyword strategy—while well intended—reads more like it’s written for other chiropractors than for the patients and attorneys you want to attract. As a result, competitors are capturing searches and cases in both general chiropractic care and accident/personal injury that should be coming to you.

Proposed Solution: New Co-Branded Website

I’m proposing a specialized growth site that works alongside your existing website: a modern, multi-page chiropractic website built for Tulsa, with dedicated emphasis on accident and personal injury cases.

This new site will use your existing legal name, logo, and color palette, but with a fresh narrative and design focused on attracting more of the right patients today—and supporting future growth as you add additional chiropractors to the practice.

Content and structure will be organized around your core services, key conditions, and high-value accident/personal injury cases, guiding visitors through clear paths like:

  • Injured in an accident / working with an attorney

  • Seeking general chiropractic care for pain or ongoing wellness

The new site will be linked to and from your existing site to strengthen SEO, authority, and brand consistency, and will be built with forward planning for GEO-targeting, AI-driven search experiences, and aggressive SEO so you’re not just keeping up—you’re positioned to lead.

Strategy & Structure (High-Level)

The new site is designed to meet people where they are: searching Google for help in Tulsa, especially around South Tulsa and the Harvard Street area, after an accident or when pain won’t go away.

We’ll build a clear, multi-page structure around your core services, conditions, and accident/personal injury cases, so visitors can quickly see that you understand their situation and how you can help.

Key elements of the strategy:

  • Local-first visibility – Pages and content written in plain language that match how people actually search for care in Tulsa and South Tulsa, not how chiropractors talk to each other.

  • Clear paths for two main visitors

    • Those injured in an accident or working with an attorney

    • Those seeking general chiropractic care for pain, recovery, or wellness

  • Helpful, simple content types – Short FAQs, resource articles, and guides that answer common questions, especially for accident and injury patients, and help you show up in both traditional search and newer AI-driven results.

  • Built to make contact effortless – Every important page will make it as easy as possible to call, text, or request a consult with clear, visible options—especially on mobile.

Together, this structure helps more of the right people find you, understand you quickly, and reach out without friction.

Scope and Investment

This project is a full build-out of your new co-branded website and growth platform.

Project Scope Includes:

  • Strategy & Planning
Aligning on goals, audiences, and positioning so the new site supports both general chiropractic care and high-value accident/personal injury cases.

  • Site Structure & Content Framework
Planning a multi-page structure (approximately 10 pages, finalized after keyword research) around your core services, conditions, and accident/injury journeys.

  • Design & User Experience
A modern, professional design using your existing legal name, logo, and colors, with clear, simple paths to call, text, or request a consult—especially on mobile.

  • Development & Technical Setup
Building the new site, connecting the domain, setting up core SEO foundations, and integrating links between the new website and your current site.

  • Launch Support
Final checks, go-live support, and initial monitoring as the new site begins appearing in search results.

Project Investment: $6,500

This is a single project price for the complete website build, with flexible payment options:

  • 50% to start and 50% at launch, or

  • 3 payments over 3 months, or

  • 4 payments over 4 months

(whichever structure best fits your cash flow).

Ongoing Webmaster Services – $200/month

To keep both your new website and your existing website running smoothly and performing well, I’ll provide ongoing webmaster services that include:

  • Regular backups and uptime monitoring

  • Security scans and basic protection checks

  • SEO keyword tracking and monthly performance reports

  • Google Analytics reporting for traffic and behavior insights

  • Up to 2 hours of troubleshooting/support per month for minor updates and changes

  • Continued access to the premium licenses and tools I maintain to power your site

This gives you a single, reliable point of contact for everything related to both sites, with predictable monthly cost and no surprises.

Timeline & Results Expectations

This isn’t a slow, open-ended project. The goal is to get the new site live, indexed, and working for you as quickly and responsibly as possible.

Projected Timeline

  • Weeks 1–2 – Strategy, planning, and initial structure: confirm goals, audiences, page plan, and keyword priorities.

  • Weeks 3–6 – Design, build, content framework, and technical setup.

  • By Weeks 6–8 – Launch of the new co-branded website.

When to Expect Movement

  • 2–3 weeks after launch – The new site begins appearing in search results and gaining early visibility.

  • Around 4 months in, we should see stronger performance in rankings and discovery for both general chiropractic and accident/personal injury searches in Tulsa.

How We’ll Measure Success

Because most conversions happen by phone, success will be measured through a combination of:

  • Improved search rankings for priority keywords in Tulsa and South Tulsa

  • Contact form submissions from the new site

  • Your honest feedback on whether you’re seeing an increase in new patients and high-value cases

The goal is simple: a noticeable lift in visibility and new business, not just a better-looking website.

Next Steps

If this direction feels right, we can move forward immediately.

If you say “yes” to the project:

  1. Confirm the basics

    • Choose your preferred payment schedule (2, 3, or 4 payments).

    • Confirm the primary domain for the new site.

  2. Kickoff & Access

    • Schedule a short kickoff meeting to finalize priorities and page list.

    • Provide access to your current website, Google Business Profile, and any existing analytics/accounts.

  3. Design & Build Begins

    • I start strategy, structure, and design work in Week 1.

    • You’ll see key checkpoints along the way for quick review and approval.

  4. Webmaster Services (Optional Add-On)

    • Decide if you’d like to activate ongoing webmaster services at $200/month to keep both sites maintained, monitored, and supported after launch.

From there, the goal is simple: launch the new site within 6–8 weeks, start showing up more often for the searches that matter in Tulsa, and help you become the most recognized chiropractic name in the market.
